What to include
- A question or a problem with the game: what happened, on what device and browser, and roughly when. A screenshot helps.
- A mistake in a guide or a puzzle: the page, or the puzzle’s number and date, and what’s wrong, so it can be checked and corrected.
- A problem with a purchase: the email address you paid with and the date, or reply to the receipt email. If something you paid for didn’t arrive, doesn’t work or isn’t as described, we’ll put it right or refund you.
- A parent or guardian whose child bought something without permission: the date and the email address on the receipt.
- A privacy request (to see, correct or delete what glint.skin holds about you): say which, and if you use cloud save, the email address or account you signed in with. Most of what glint.skin keeps never leaves your device; the privacy policy explains what does.
- Something illegal, or a copyright or trademark problem: what it is and where you saw it (the player’s name, the card’s name and when), why you think it’s illegal or infringing, your name and email address, and that you believe what you’ve said is true. We’ll tell you we’ve got it, and what we decide.
- Something of yours hidden by mistake: what was hidden and where, and it’ll be looked at again.
Reporting a player
To report a name, a card or a picture, you don’t need to email: do it in the game, in two taps. On Top Cards, tap the card and choose Report; on the Live now board, tap the player; on a Clash challenge, open ⋯ and choose Block and report. It’s hidden for you at once, and the report is checked.
If someone is in danger, contact the police first.
